I thought having an email address was everything?
The value of having an email address is rapidly getting lower. You may have 30,000 email addresses in your subscriber list, but if you do not know how many of your emails are getting delivered then what have you got? Do you have tracking links on all the URLs in your Ezine to track click-thrus? Do you have embedded graphics that will let you see open rates? Are you monitoring your web server logs and routinely analyzing those statistics?
Let's face it, the real value of a subscriber list is not that you have their email address, but that you have a connection with a REAL number of people who are reading what you write; that you know how many are clicking through and getting to your website; and that they WANT to get it. And, as privacy concerns on the Internet are rising, have you considered that you might have more subscribers, if they didn't have to give you an email address?
The Quikonnex system automatically provides you with statistics on the number of people that have subscribed to your channel, how many are monitoring it on a daily basis, and how many click through and either go to your channel page to read more or to your website (or even to one of your advertiser's sites). It's easy to use and you don't have to be a rocket scientist to see how well your articles are being received. Of course, your market research company won't like it, since you won't need them anymore.
