Absolutely NOT!!!  Your subscribers just subscribe to your channel with QuikView or DeskView 2G and it's done. Now they are in charge of their subscription. If they don't want to stay subscribed, they just delete your channel from their channel viewer. It is the ultimate opt-in!

E-mail list maintenance will be a thing of the past. No more figuring out double/single opt-ins/opt-outs, HABEAS headers, handling bounces, unsubscribe requests from unrecognizable email addresses, false spam accusations, or subscribers that spam you! No more will you have to worry about prank subscriptions or subscribers that think it's easier to report you for spam versus following your unsubscribe instructions. Nor do you have to worry about getting shut down or filtered through no fault of your own just because your domain's IP address has a few numbers that match some spammer's IP.

Why do you think all the email software is being sold? You better believe the big guys know exactly what's going to happen with pull technololgy.
