As readers of past Diner articles will know I don't pull any punches when it comes to eating establisments I visit. I'll give accolades and show pictures of the ones who deserve it and I'll write a </font><font face="Verdana" size="2" color="red">RED FLAG</font><font face="Verdana" size="2" color="#000000"> review for those who make the experience next to hell in the kitchen. Then it was over to our reload site in West Allis, Wisconsin a suburb of Milwaukee for the start of our 2054 mile journey with the loading of four large vessels, one for each of us. As with any such transition the first of each of the components was fairly low tech and costly to use.
