<title>A New Direction</title>

<description><![CDATA[<font face="tahoma" size="2">I began my Internet career trying to promote a company that I believe in; <a href="http://www.melaleuca.com" target="_blank">Melaleuca</a>.  However, through a process of trial and error, I came to realize that no matter how much I knew about or believed in the products, I was not good at getting people to wrap their brains around the concept of switching stores to buy the things they already shop for. Getting a better product for the same cost was not something that others seemed to grasp. I enrolled a great many people, but they all quit me and went back to shopping at the stores they had shopped before their introduction to Melaleuca. The problem was that they continued to shop for inferior products at their regular store, and viewed Melaleuca as an added expense. The whole idea behind Melaleuca is to redirect the money already being spent each month on these types of products to the Melaleuca store, not to spend extra money on things that you normally don't use. No one seemed to get that. If you can't afford to shop at Melaleuca each month, you're still shopping someplace else.
