NAVIGATING QUIKVIEW There are three primary navigational aids provided in QuikView: the Sidebar Panel Selector, the User Menu, and Context Menus. Each of these navigation features will be explained below. The Sidebar Panel Selector Drop-down List
In a blue rectangle at the top of your QuikView panel, you will see the words "Click to Select Sidebar" with a small down arrow at the right edge.
This is a drop-down list from which you can select the sidebar panel you wish to display. Just click the small down arrow at the very top right to see a drop-down list of the panels available to you in QuikView, as shown in the screen shot to the right. The User Menu is the grey box located in the lower portion of your QuikView panel. There are two versions of the User Menu, one pre-login and one post-login. If you are logged in, it will look like the screen shot shown here. There are two Context Menus available in QuikView, the Folder Context Menu and the Link Context Menu. The Folder Context Menu is shown here. Each of these context menus are accessible by right clicking on categories, folders or links.
The Context Menu you see will have different links (actions) available, depending on the category, folder or link you click and the context at the time you highlight and right click the item. Please Note: Opera/Mac users can use Ctrl-click to display context menus. Mac users can also click the Show Menu icon, if enabled in their Preferences, to display the context menus. For complete information on using these menus, please click the Context Menus link in the Help Tree. Again, please don't hesitate to contact us if you are having any problems with QuikView. As with everything on the Internet, there may be intermittent down times, but they should be far and few between. Enjoy! |
